Independent Contractor:  Strategies & Tactics for Employment

TWO 3-hour sessions on industry & employment trends, the independent contractor continuum, goal setting, proposal writing, legal implications and the marketing mix. 

You will:

  • Understand industry & employment trends.
  • Define independent contractor & its implications for your career.
  • Create 1-3 year goals.
  • Create a mission/purpose statement.
  • Examine legal issues, contracts & business associations.
  • Create a 1-year personal financial statement & forecast.
  • Write and present your goals, mission statement and draft proposal for peer review and constructive feedback.
